Terms of Service

Last updated: March 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PartnerAlly Institute (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PartnerAlly, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Course Access & Purchases

Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the purchased course content. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.

3. Refund Policy

Because our courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at support@partnerally.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or access links with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download course materials
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, assessments, toolkits, and certificates, is owned by PartnerAlly, Inc. and protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants a license to access, not ownership of the content.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting all course requirements. Certificates are verifiable via our public verification system. We reserve the right to revoke certificates issued through fraudulent completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PartnerAlly, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
